Post 7: GPOY

 

Good afternoon everyone, well I comment this photo brings back memories and many in fact, memory in which the stress is uncertain, as well as nervousness. This photo was for the municipal elections, where I was part of the table, in this case proxy table. 

My sister had run as a possible candidate for councilor, from there I was part of this process from the beginning, as I mentioned in the beginning there was too much stress and nervousness, but still it was an unforgettable experience because I could learn more about my area of study and also meet new people.

To be frank the fact of being there all day was also tiring, plus the air there is a lot of competition and I would bet to say that it is also of some bad vibes, because each person participating in the process has their political preference and someone to support, for that I need to have a strong character and perhaps be strong in my position to not be passed to carry, because as I said the atmosphere was tense.

However, as I stipulated it was an instance of learning and I understood that in these issues fair play is not part of this trajectory, that respect or tolerance to different political ideologies does not exist as a principle or as a rule of the game evidently.
